After all, if the public knew the "Children" they are all drooling over are actually full blown adults instead of some poor little kid being raped behind the stable, where’s the fantasies in that? As you probably recall, the last time Marliegh, Angie and barbie let the crocodile tears flow were for "Children" who were in their mid twenties, to late thirties. They bull shitted everybody from Maine to Malibu. Those days are over, I fully intend to not only expose their fantasies, but to let the good old boys know just exactly what impact on these "Victims" barbie is heaping upon them. The juries might just keep locking these men up, but at least they will know that they are hardly "saving" anything but their guilty consciences. For those not aware, this was the "Child" barbie was "Protecting" last month.

Finally, the CPS babe goes to the foster home, but Xavior was "Unavailable" for her to see, so she planned on coming back the next week. Or so she told the mother of the boy.

The doctor’s who took the CAT scans of his brains said that Cherokeewolf william Diedich was shaken "Multiple times" which caused his death and was no accident. He was placed in foster care upon birth because his mother was homeless.

According to the Medical Examiner, the kid died of "Natural" causes, not abuse.

The baby died Tuesday at 12 weeks old after he was taken off life support. Police are investigating his death as a homicide, but no charges have been brought.

A search warrant signed Jan. 26 at the home of the child’s foster family shows that detectives believe, based on the baby’s hospital records, that there were signs of multiple bleeding episodes in his brain and his impending death may have been caused by aggravated child abuse.

Cheryl and Earl Green, the baby’s foster parents, could not be reached for comment.

The boys privacy prevents CPS and CASA from telling the parents how and why their son died.

A 16 month old girl came to the hospital last night with scrambled brains. She was in foster care for less than a week.

Sorry, "Confidentiality" prevents CPS and CASA from discussing who scrambled her brains. She’s now dead, and her parents were told by CPS to ask the medical examiner how and why she died. It’s nice to know that the "Compassion" displayed by American CPS and CASA extends to their Canadian counterparts.

I called Iowa to find out what is going on with Jayden Clark. He’s the 2 year old that "Fell off the bed" and had his brains scrambled and a lacerated Liver.

He’s brain dead and the doctors are hoping to "Harvest" his organs for transplant.

I asked Centerville, Iowa CPS how Jayden was doing; They never heard of him.

The 2 year old boy was "Saved" from his drug using mother by being killed in foster care. I guess they figured he was better off dead than watching mommy get high.

I don’t know yet why the girls are now better off being raped than finding a safe place for them, but it must have been a doozy of an excuse. Were they sent to school without their lunch? Were they not taken to Disneyworld once a year?

Whatever it was, it must have been serious, after all, would CPS and CASA snatch your children and put them in harms way without cause?

Both horror stories can be found on today’s "Legally kidnapped".

As I write, the pre-trial hearing for M. Leroy Jessop is underway. With the cost of the kidnapping of the children now approaching 50 million ($50,000,000.00) dollars, Abbott does not want a repeat of the slap on the wrist given to Michael Emack, and has instructed barbie to proceed to a full blown trial, no plea bargains allowed. Being the good little Nazi she is, she’s following Orders. (So she can avoid responsibility later).

This trial should be a little more interesting than the first 3 hangings; first, there’s the question of the missing DNA that Johnie Hanna was searching for in San Antonio. Just as in the case of Rozita, the all powerful Texas Rangers could never find the baby they were looking for, but they did stick a stand-in for her. I guess one baby’s DNA is just as good as anothers in Texas. We’ll see what the Feds have to say about that.

We’ll also see what they have to say about the imaginary “Sarah”, the bogus Search Warrant, the stolen “Evidence”, and now the Chain of Custody of that evidence that seems to have had an open door policy as to its availability by every crackpot CPS and CASA worker in Texas along with our pal, the dog whisperer.

As we recall, the Arkansas Federal Court just ruled that the Tony Alamo lawyers didn’t properly preserve their arguments on Appeal at the trial level, so barbie is, as we type, being lulled to sleep with Exceptions to her rulings concerning the attack, the kidnapping, the abuse and neglect of the children, the lack of Due Process, the violations of the Civil and Constitutional Rights of the Mormon’s, as well as her open and obvious religious intolerance of the victims before her. When a real Court does hear the facts, there will be no doubt that the Defense preserved their Points on Appeal.

Lastly, while Abbott wants Leroy put into the oven, we’ll see what the jury thinks about Janet’s Impact Statement.

Permission granted to post article from David Grossback:

In 1948, the United Nations, under moral pressure from revelations of the Second World War, adopted a Convention of the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide. In so doing they had to define exactly what genocide was. Mass murder is an obvious component, but the legal scholars who defined genocide also included as a definition the “transfer of children of one group to another group.”(1) Physical annihilation is not required under the law. Destruction of a culture, infliction of harm and break up of families are also illegal.

The seizure of 416 children of a religious minority known as the Fundamentalist Church of Latter Day Saints in El Dorado, Texas this week, 15 years almost to the day after the massacre of the Branch Davidians in Waco, is an unsettling confirmation of what many of us have known all along.

The United States is drifting far away from its Constitutionalist heritage into becoming a totalitarian state where civil rights violations are the norm and accountability is rare.

On point, the federal courts have usually given “qualified immunity “to all social workers employed by Child Protective Services (2) when civil rights suits are brought over instances like this.

Based on one anonymous and alleged call, by one girl, 416 children in a religious community that happens to believe in the Book of Mormon and still practices polygamy, are now in the custody of Texas Child Protective Services. They are being brought en masse before a Texas judge, separated from their parents, given lawyers at the last minute whom their family doesn’t know, and subject to the most disgraceful form of assembly line justice.

Don’t tell me for one second that the ends justify the means. If a molestation or rape occurs in the context of a Jewish religious school, and occasionally it does happen, the government would never consider seizing all of the children of the Jewish congregation. Similarly when the Catholic Church had its sex abuse scandals, nobody considered having the Child Protective Services take in millions of Catholic children.

The decent way to handle the situation would have been on a case by case basis, instead of some sort of collective punishment reminiscent of the conflicts in Rwanda or Bosnia.

But small minorities and unusual religious movements are always easy targets.

It is sad to look at recent history and realize that non-mainstream religious movements in this country face some serious persecution. For years the Scientologists had to struggle with the IRS to get their contributions recognized as deductible. Only after years of expensive litigation was the issue ever resolved in their favor. Bhagwan Rajneesh wound up in exile and the Children of God movement fled the country for years. The Branch Davidian Church in Waco would not have been incinerated if it was a rebel Episcopal or Congregationalist faction.

Few folks probably think highly of Rev. Moon and his Unification Church. But jailing him for tax evasion was probably wrong. Clergymen from other denominations studied his case and determined the Church’s practices in accounting were typical, but it was Moon who was singled out. (3)

Today this System focuses its hate on polygamy. Never mind that it was the practice of the patriarchs of Judaism. Never mind that it was practiced by European Jews for 1000 years and North African Jews until very, very recently. King David, the Talmud says, had 18 wives. Scientists who study genetics and intelligence credit polygamy for helping improve the gene pool among Jews. The smartest and healthiest Jewish males had the most wives and sired the most children, keeping IQ scores considerably higher than average. (4)

And what of our Muslim brothers and sisters? They practice it still. The Prophet Mohammed took child brides and America has honored his religion on a postage stamp. The President has called Islam a great religion, making friends with Saudi royals who usually have about 30 or 40 wives, no doubt some kidnapped from Europe and Africa. Go figure. Maybe there is more to this issue than we know. Christians, especially Lutherans, have practiced polygamy in Europe from time to time throughout history, and apparently the ones who complained the loudest when it was abolished were the women.(5)

* * *
So why does the System hate polygamy? Jealousy and tradition no doubt have much to do with it. But you can argue that it makes financial sense, at least.

If there are a dozen bread winners in the household, say, then the need for credit and loans decreases vastly. A man married to six nurses doesn’t need five credit cards or a very substantial mortgage. They will have a lot of cash flow. Banks won’t extract much compound interest from those folks.

Moreover, polygamist families can be self sufficient in many areas, especially in an agricultural community.

Back to the media sensation. I saw her last night on television, Nancy Grace, the high priestess of hate, her face contorted with phony rage, in its glory, feigning shock and awe, cheering on the pogrom against the polygamists. Cynically using the sensational story for her ratings and whining about the evil, evil Mormon polygamous families.

I don’t want to defend the FDLS Church, because it is obvious it is quite flawed. They are said to expel teenage boys so they won’t be competition for the older men for the women. The community doesn’t seem quite right for a lot of other reasons.

But they still deserve due process and equal protection of law, because this is America.

Instead they’re getting genocide.

It is reprinted here with the permission of its author, Cathy Driscoll of Villas, NJ.

To The Editor: “The hand that rocks the cradle is the hand that rules the world” wrote William Ross Wallace back in 1865. When committed, loving parents rock the cradle, freedom flourishes. When the state is allowed to rock that cradle, evil follows. Tyrants need thugs and wimps. This “ideal” population is produced by controlling the rearing of children. George Orwell’s “Animal Farm” illustrates the brutal way the sheep dog is robbed of her puppies. Once confiscated, the puppies become trained bullies and useful enforcers.

Hitler saw children as “clean slates” on which barbarism could be written, but only if they are removed from the influences of their parents. Kitty Werthmann, a living witness to life under the Nazi boot, describes how pre-Hitler Austria abounded with compassionate and respectful youth. Post Hitler brought hideous changes. Public school teachers encouraged the children to disregard their parents’ “fuddy-duddy” ways. Mandatory Youth Day was designated on Sundays at the time of Catholic Mass. Parents who took their children to church instead of youth day faced capital punishment. By firmly holding the children in their hands, Nazis successfully paved the road to the Holocaust.

What has happened here in the last several decades? Parents are afraid to discipline their children in public. Records are withheld from parents because of “privacy rights.” My husband was at the doctor recently and he was not allowed to be in the examination room with our own child without a doctor or nurse present. We were at a swim meet back in November and parents were actually barred from going to the changing rooms with their own children. My husband and I questioned those in charge of the meet on this policy. These officials reasoned that children needed to learn to be on their own. These adults took it upon themselves to disregard the authority of the parents.

Step by step our government has morphed from respecting parents’ rights to dismantling them. Do you want this to continue turning from a snowball into an avalanche?

Let’s say that you think that you won’t be affected by this trend; you don’t plan to ever have children or you have raised your children and are done with this job. First of all, are you so bereft of compassion that you can stand by and allow your fellow citizens to face the forced loss of their children? Secondly, if society is full of parentless thugs, who do we think will come to our rescue when we are old and helpless?

The Parental Rights Amendment, if ratified, will seal protections for parents. It states the following: Section 1: The liberty of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their children is a fundamental right. Section 2: Neither the United States nor any state shall infringe upon this right without demonstrating that its governmental interest as applied to the person is of the highest order and not otherwise served. Section 3: No treaty may be adopted nor shall any source of international law be employed to supersede, modify, interpret, or apply to the rights guaranteed by this article.
