BARBIE AND HER JURY PRETEND THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE CHILDREN BEING TAKEN.

According to barbie, the kidnapping of the children is "Irrelevant" to the trials of the men on the Ranch. The Jury is sitting there pretending that they know nothing about the taking of the children, since it’s not been allowed to be brought into evidence by the circus master.

What’s the real reason barbie does not want the fact that the children were placed into captivity? Because 26 of those "Children" were identified as such when they were actually adults, and Texas doesn’t want that fact admitted to and certified in trial transcripts.

So the lemmings sit there and pretend that they know "Nothing" about any children being kidnapped by their Baptist neighbors.

  1. The FLDS are not going to get a fair hearing in Walther’s court. They really need to take the message to the people. A picture of Rozita’s mug shot with the caption “Where’s Sarah” would do nicely. Let’s see the Trib take a picture of a poster like that.

  3. If I was a juror, my assessment of the credibility of witnesses would be dramatically changed if I found out they lied about material facts (even though those facts were not brought up by the State).

    Too bad the jury is only getting half the facts.

  5. Yes- kidnapped children, sane exams, 26 adult/children, religion, constitution, nursing babies, rozita are all irrelevant because it debases her attitude of “this is Texas, and we’re gonna put the hurt on you-man, woman and child. Never mind that we’re guilty of the same things.”
