LET’S GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE.

One of the best blogs out there which shines the spotlight on the abuse and neglect of our children by LE, the “Court’s”, CPS and CASA is “Legally kidnapped”. Naturally, CPS and CASA hate the site almost as much as they hate mine, mainly because they rarely mince words and call a spade a spade.

In CPS and CASA circles, this can be a devestating process since the available pajoratives are a never ending smorgesboard of adjectives describing their “Work”.

In recognition of the misery and treachery they create out of their sexual fantasy’s. “Legally kidnapped” has chosen to ask it’s teaders to nominate the most vile and contemptable individual for an award befitting the misery they dispense under the guise of “Helping” children.

I have already made my nomination based upon the degree to which she is held accountable for the abuse and neglect of the children in her District. My choice for this award goes to barbie. No one deserves it more. Your vote counts, so go to “Legally kidnapped” and share your thoughts on this Award. Voting is open until the 8th of January.

This is what Texas is REALLY afraid about:

Are you feeling better yet? Because I am really tired of giving “awards” to the Gestapo. I don’t like to think negative thoughts. Can we move on to another subject?

I can think of several women who deserve that award.

  4. You hit the nail on the head Bill. Barbara is the vilest Nazi of them all.

The last doubt has been cast from my mind and I will cast my vote for Barbie…………….

As mean and nasty as you have chosen to be in order to fight the Nazi Leader is fully justified.

  6. Along with dozens more just like her on the Ranch, I couldn’t agree more that Maggie is a Saint.

If the goons came after my children on that Ranch, they would have had the fight they were looking for and thensome.

As even Maggie understands, she does the forgiving and the praying, I’ll do the fighting along with those who never want to see them try to pull this kind of bullshit again against these, or any other children.

Next week, 6 children will be loosing their parents from one family; their only crime, they refuse to give up their religion as the judge demands of them. Should we bury our heads in the sand and pretend it isn’t going to happen?

    7. Bill on January 3rd, 2010 at 9:49 pm
  7. Bill, agree it is heartbreaking another man will probably lose his family and several children a father. We are saddened by this and I am sure most are praying over it.
I hold nothing but contempt for those who wish to punish due to religious beliefs. Hate, a very strong word, yes, I hated the ones who stole children, made the women suffer, told lie upon lie, and STILL doing it. How do we hate someone we do not know? It is easy enough to hate the idea without hating the person. Two people do come to mind who I think I do hate personally.
Perhaps this is why ‘cupcake’ and I wish to see some of the good instead of the bigotry and witch hunting we have become accustomed to on other blogs and comment boards.
I will never forget Maggie’s responses to the KS. How I wish I could be so pure of heart.

  11. Bill,

The important thing to remember is that things take time.

Saddam Hussein thought he got away with gassing the Kurds, but he was later executed.

Slobodan Milosevic thought he got away with his aggressive attacks on ethnic Albanians, but he died in a prison cell near the Hague.

    Adolph Hitler committed suicide.

In due time, the parties responsible for terrorizing the FLDS children during and after the raid will be held accountable for their actions.

  12. Happy, positive thoughts are good. I like happy, positive thoughts, but in a little over a week, another father is going to face the rest of his life in prison.

It’s tough for me to think happy, positive thoughts towards his persecutors, I guess that is a fault I will have to try to work on.

    13. Bill on January 3rd, 2010 at 3:33 pm
  13. I know your article doesn’t have anything to do with friends of the FLDS. Please note that, during the first comments, we nominated people we thought deserved your award.

But it is a new year. I don’t want to dwell on the negataive. I want to think happy, positive thoughts. Apparentlhy, some of your other readers do too.

  14. There are times when I have to shake my head.

Let’s see a show of hands; Who on this blog thinks that this piece has anything to do with the people who HELPED the children return to their homes?

Who thinks it was a slap in the face and a kick to the crotch of those that kidnapped the children and tried to keep them from their parents?

Am I loosing my grasp of the English language?

For those who do not know me, when I discuss the C.S., CPS, CASA, barbie, the Gestapo, the local rags and the good old boys, I am a vile, vicious, hated, hating, disgusting and disgusted human being who knows neither pity nor remorse towards them.

On the other hand, when I talk about or to the FLDS, their friends and supporters and those who have helped and shown kindness towards the children stolen by CPS and CASA, I am a nice, pleasant, jolly, caring, loving old grandpa who wouldn’t hurt a fly.

Now, if you fit me into the first category, assume I am talking about the enemy.

If I fit into the second, you can assume I am talking about friends.

  17. Just for the record Cupcake. Those UT students and for that matter Austin in general is known by many in Texas as the liberal meca in Texas. In most of the conservative state those liberals have no credibility because of their “liberal education”.

Another lesson in the mindset of Texas………….even an education will make you abnormal because if you can read the Constitution and understand it you have to be “one of them liberals”.

  18. Bill,

Americans are used to having things sugar-coated.

Several years ago, my daughter lived in Germany as a foreign exchange student. In Germany, the media doesn’t sugarcoat the news, including war. My daughter said they showed graphic videos of all the dead bodies and destruction in Iraq. Watching the news in Germany terrified my daughter because, at that time, both my husband and my son-in-law were stationed in Iraq. She had to leave the room whenever someone turned the news on.

Consequently, my daughter developed a strong dislike for George Bush. Many of the UT students didn’t like Bush. They weren’t very fond of Perry either.

  24. I believe I made my point, and I agree that the picture is extremely offensive.

It is meant to be offensive, but I still say that it pales in comparison to pictures of the children being abused and terrorized by CPS and CASA.

I guess CPS and CASA think it’s a compliment to tell other people that all the Ranch women had sexually transmitted deceases and to avoid contact with them.

They must believe it’s acceptable to strip children naked in a barn and parade them in front of strangers, when they knew that the children were raised to be overly modest about their bodies.

If we want to discuss something vile, nasty, obscene, vulgar, lower class or disgusting, let’s consider putting children through SANE examinations when there was no legal or ethical reason to do it. I fully realize that this is the way these women get their jollies, but let’s not pretend that it was “FOR THE CHILDREN”.

As a society, we have been raised to believe that there are no consequences to our actions. We go to war, but never allow a dead body to be shown because we would be “Offended” by it. We allow abortions, but cannot post a pictures of the body parts because it might “Distress” somebody. We execute people, but don’t want to see it done. We rip families apart, but it would invade their “Privacy” if we named them and described how it was accomplished.

As far as I’m concerned, those who attacked the Ranch and abused these people are fair game and if I find skid marks, they can expect them to be hanging out there on the clothesline for all to see.

    25. Bill on January 2nd, 2010 at 11:06 am
  25. I would give a special thank you and award to the lady who came to the area so Merrianne could be released from her prison.
If I recall correctly, she left her family and came to the rescue. I am sure her family was in good hands and perhaps later joined her?
Anyway, blessings on this angel who made it possible for Barbara to be with her daughter in her last days.

  33. Bill, you should read the hateful names they call me.

I’m a woman. I would NEVER consider having sex with a child. Never! I don’t believe that any adult should have sex with anyone under 18. I think it is morally wrong to rape anyone. But I also think genocide is morally wrong.

But let’s not think about that ugliness now. Let’s concentrate on thanking friends who helped free the FLDS children.

    34. Cupcake on January 1st, 2010 at 11:38 pm
  34. I rely on the Ranch to tell me who they think helped them during the children’s captivity, and I will ask about Linda. It would not surprise me to learn she was a friend.

As for the Vulture; I never saw the site before, but I like it.

Apparently, barbie won their “Weiner” of the Year Award last year, and she was a runner up this year again.

This years “Weiner” was Natalie’s site and another pack of bozo’s.

I found it interesting that the bigots call that sites owner a pedophile. They claim the same title for me. Apparently, anyone who disagree’s with them becomes a part of their sexual fantasies.

    35. Bill on January 1st, 2010 at 11:10 pm
  35. Come on, people! Help me out. If you know of anyone who helped to free the FLDS children or who came to the FLDS childrens’ aid while they were being held captive by CPS, please post. We should thank everyone who showed kindness and compassion to the children.

Let’s start the new year right.

    36. Cupcake on January 1st, 2010 at 11:06 pm
  36. Once the people who were filled with the garbage and nonsense about the FLDS children and parents came into direct contact with them, they quickly realized they had been lied to and mislead.

The MHMR people, the AAL’s, TRLA and LANWT staff saw for themselves what was going on, and didn’t like what the State was doing to the children and mothers. They had the integrity and compassion to basically tell the State to back off.

As we saw, neither barbie, CPS or CASA did, but Austin realized they were a few more complaints away from a PR disaster that would see the hairball go the way of Governor Pyle’s popularity in 1953.

Just days after CPS and CASA were telling the press that the children were being returned to extreme danger, they began to cut them loose by the dozen’s very quietly. That’s a strange way to “Protect” children!

The people involved in the children’s release from captivity have the Ranches sincere appreciation. This award is reserved for those that really worked for, and deserve it.

    37. Bill on January 1st, 2010 at 10:17 pm
  37. I am opposed to the use of Baptist church buses to transport the FLDS children during the state-sanctioned raid because it implies that the state prefers one religion to another.

However, we should give thanks to Linda Lamb and the Baptist women who came to the FLDS childrens’ aid during the crisis.

At the bottom of his posting it lists two blogs, he states so well the words I have not been able to find to describe the KS and the blog they promote.
    Wishing all Happy New Year.

  42. Yes, zxc is right. We should thank the MHMR workers for their honesty and their courage to speak up.

  43. Sorry, Rikki. I was thinking of a photo of two female TRLA attorneys I saw on the SLT or Brook’s blog. We should lift our hats to all the attorneys who helped to free the FLDS children. Thanks for doing a great job!

    44. Cupcake on January 1st, 2010 at 8:33 pm
  44. There were way more than two female attorneys from TRLA who worked on that appeal. Try 10, plus 2 private attorneys working pro bono and at least another 10 attorneys from LANWT.

    45. Riki on January 1st, 2010 at 8:18 pm
  45. Don’t forget the MHMR employees for reporting the CPS abuse at the fort to their boss. I am sure that the employees need a pick me up since they risked their jobs when they reported Nazi atrocities and were silenced by the Nazi high command.

    46. zxc on January 1st, 2010 at 5:37 pm
  46. Bill:

I would like to start the New Year on a positive note. Would you posting a photo of the two female attorneys who convinced the SCOT that Judge Walthers’ decision was too broadswept and naming them “Women of the Year?” Or “Women of the Decade?”

I think your female readers would appreciate it.

    47. Cupcake on January 1st, 2010 at 4:19 pm
  47. Although I object to the cruel and inhumane way that Judge Barbie treated the FLDS children and their mothers, my husband and I believe that Judge Barbie is only a colonel in the Nazis’ army. We believe that Judge Barbie was taking orders from someone higher up on the ladder.

So I nominate Harvey Hildrebran for the award because of the hateful things he said about not wanting the FLDS in Texas and hoping that they would leave. Why? Because a state representative should NOT be making hateful statements like that about ANY minority group.

P.S. I told you that not all of the Nazis were women.

    48. Cupcake on January 1st, 2010 at 3:54 pm
  48. Hey Bill..Barbie is well past period capability. Could we have discovered the root cause of the problem? The old girl was having hot flashes.

    49. zxc on January 1st, 2010 at 3:37 pm
  49. I made my choice based upon the degree of vindictiveness involved.

Most people involved in the kidnapping were driven by stupidity, bigotry, monetary gain, political gain, or, sexually motivated feminism.

While barbie is most certainly a bigoted despot, that is not the primary motivation behind her actions. She is something in her mind that gives her an automatic “Pass” when it comes to second guessing her, she’s a “Texas Judge”.

This, in her mind at least, makes her omnipotant. She CANNOT make an error, and she is ALWAYS right. Even when she got bitch slapped by the Court of Appeals, she would not merely mend her ways and start doing things legally, she orchestrated the Appeal to the Supreme Court where she was sure her friends would not slip a poker up her skirt. She was wrong again, and that stung.

Still, rather than to admit human frailty, barbie went out of her way to extend the misery of the children and parents by coming up with a farce of “Conditions” for the children’s return. Even her friends laughed at her when she ordered the mothers to take “Parenting” classes. The youngest female toddler on the Ranch could give barbie herself lesson’s in parenting and motherhood.

Barbie is entrapped by her own feelings of self worth and title just as another Texas clown, the Dallas County Medical Examiner, Earl Rose, was in 1963 at the assasination of John F. Kennedy.

“Dura lex, sed lex”. It pretty much sums up the mentality of the both of them, and they both got smack downs from the Fed’s. Rose for thinking that he could stop the Secret Service from taking the President’s body back to Washington, and barbie for thinking she can ignore the Constitution of the United States. Texan’s are a proud people; stupid, but proud.

Barbie thinks she not only upholds “The law”, but she can make it too.

Soory sweetie, but you’re nothing but a cheap Justice of the Peace in any other State and there are simply certain Laws you don’t just ignore when you get a period.

  52. Kinda hard for me to pick only one Nazi. There are too many Nazis and Nazi collaborators to name.

We could start with the governor and work or way thru the legislators, throw in a state agency or two, then continue to the various book peddlers. Of course we have to include our favorite nutcase phone prankster……………..bill this is such an impossible task.

But we should give credit to the MHMR employees and their various reports that have yet to be investigated. Meisners promise for an investigation can be written off as another lie so she gets a vote too…………… darned Nazis, there are just too many of them to make the task of picking one an impossibility.
