With a state-mandated deadline looming, much is at stake in a Child Protective Services case in Ellis County Court at Law No. 1 involving a now 17-month-old baby boy.
The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services has requested termination of the biological parents’ rights. The foster parents, who have been allowed party standing in the case, are supporting that termination and requesting they be allowed to adopt the child.
COMPLETE STANGERS CAN “iNTERVENE” BUT THIS BABY’S PARENTS, GRANDPARENTS AND FAMILY HAVE NO STANDING BEFORE THE “COURT”.
ONE MORE FAMILY THAT NOW KNOWS THE REAL CPS, CASA AND “JUSTICE” SYSTEM IN TEXAS.
