CPS AND CASA STOLE ANOTHER ONE TO SELL

Parental rights at center of CPS case involving infant

With a state-mandated deadline looming, much is at stake in a Child Protective Services case in Ellis County Court at Law No. 1 involving a now 17-month-old baby boy.

The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services has requested termination of the biological parents’ rights. The foster parents, who have been allowed party standing in the case, are supporting that termination and requesting they be allowed to adopt the child.

COMPLETE STANGERS CAN “iNTERVENE” BUT THIS BABY’S PARENTS, GRANDPARENTS AND FAMILY HAVE NO STANDING BEFORE THE “COURT”.

ONE MORE FAMILY THAT NOW KNOWS THE REAL CPS, CASA AND “JUSTICE” SYSTEM IN TEXAS.

  1. I thought this article interesting

The last sentence says it all.

  2. Bob is correct, however he omits one historical fact:

Every single society that was persecuted in the past, turned around and became persecutors themselves.

The Pilgrims left Europe because of religious intolerance and became the most intolerant group of them all.

Blacks “Hate” slavery, but to find it today, you only have to look to Africa.

The Colonist’s hated not being represented while being taxed, and look at our Government today.

The Mormons were persecuted for following Joseph Smith and Brigham Young, and look at Salt Lake City today.

Mankind has a pretty miserable record when it comes to being tolerant of others, and it isn’t getting any better anytime soon. I just hope that 50 years from now when the FLDS achieves the right to join the human race that they don’t start persecuting the monogamists by feeding them Viagra to rid us of the CPS and CASA shehe. (Hey! Wait a minute, that ain’t a bad idea!)

  3. Off topic 2: Further to my last comment. See if this sounds familiar:
To help destroy the Jews and force them to blend into the larger population, Antiochus enacted laws against Jewish religious practices including making circumcision illegal.

Today’s bigots and haters now make laws to outlaw FLDS religious practices to get them to blend into the larger population.

  4. Off topic: Bigots and haters never change,
they just change their targets. Hanukkah
    offers lessons.

    WHAT HANUKKAH IS REALLY ABOUT

Hanukkah is about Jewish separatism and the revolt led by Judah Maccabee in about 160 B.C. against the blending and extinction of Jews by Antiochus IV Epiphanes who wanted all Jews to be assimilated in all ways into his kingdom and lose their separate Jewish identity.

A similar type of blending and assimilation is going on in the world today that is aimed at blending all distinct nations, distinct religions and distinct peoples together.

  5. Notice how snatching the baby and his siblings sold many papers. When CPS knew they had no case, they very quietly returned the children, probably with a warning that if the parents opened their mouth, they would come back and take the children back again.

The trend is definitely to stop accepting CPS and CASA abuse and challenge them in Court.

These parents will most probably end up being the richest people in Mexico once the State deports them in retaliation. If they settle for less than a million per person, Jose needs to open a can of whupass on the lawyer.

  6. Remember the baby that was kidnapped then upon the return of the baby CPS took the baby and his siblings into custody? Apparently, the children was returned right before the 3 day hearing and the family is now taking preliminary steps into looking into civil rights violation.

“Seizure of children and disruption of the home by law enforcement agents or agents of the State should not be undertaken lightly and should not be taken on mere rumor or upon the unsubstantiated allegations of suspected felons who are simply trying to exonerate their own criminal behavior,” the lawsuit states.

  7. 1. Why did CPS take this little boy from his parents?

    2. Have his grandparents asked that the child be placed with them? If so, why did CPS deny their request?

    3. Is CPS claiming that the child has already bonded with his foster parents?

    4. Do the parents or grandparents have an attorney(s) to represent them in court? Does the child have an attorney?

Bill claims that taking children from their parents and selling them on the adoption block is a way for states to collect money from the federal government. Bill is probably right. But CPS is going to deny that. CPS will claim that they are motivated by the child’s best interests. It is tough to fight CPS because CPS has more money to pay attorneys than most parents and grandparents do.
