“RARELY IS THE QUESTION ASKED: IS OUR CHILDREN LEARNING?”

The quote came from W and the boy still doesn’t have a clue. Barbie, CPS and CASA does, they know a money making racket when they see one, and we can expect last years “Bonus” for selling children into slavery and abuse up from almost 6 million to 8 to 10 million in Federal dollars.

Just in case people think that Texas has the lock on this skam, think again, it’s happening in every state of the Union, and Canada. The C.S. crowd likes to tell people that we are merely a bunch of nuts that endorse “Child abuse”. That’s not the case, I personally hate both CPS and CASA, so that cannot be true.

As we did in Texas with Hilderbrand’s latest piece of dreck, SB1440, the people are now out there watching and holding the feet of the Legislators to the fire and educating them. The attached is well worth a read, because if it didn’t specifically say “Kansas”, it could come from any State in the Country. No longer will we sit back and allow CPS, CASA and despotic, bigoted judges to abuse and neglect our children in silence.

This was the November 30th & December 1st Children’s Issues Committee hearing.

Nobody can do everything, but everyone can do something - You must be the change you wish to see in the world.
If you do not speak for the ones that they come for - when it is your turn there will be no one to speak for you.
In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.
I would also add that any parent who has his or her child wrongfully removed, and does not file lawsuits against everyone that even came NEAR their child during captivity is enabling and even encouraging people like barbie, Angie and Randy to do it again, maybe to the same child, and maybe to your neighbors child.
Give CPS and CASA the opportunity, and THIS is what you allow them to perpetuate:
Don’t let this happen to your child!

Oregon in The Spotlight…
-Be careful…Your child could be next!

Some parents whose children have died in child welfare custody
liken it to kidnapping and murder. Don’t let your child or any
more children become another statistic.

Please help end Oregon’s war against families!
Babies abused by CSD/CPS/CFS/CAF/DHS die no matter what the agency calls itself. The system has failed countless numbers of children and parents. Crimes against families and children are being committed by a system that needs checks and balances, not rubber stamps.

If only we can help even one child survive an attack of the state!
Breaking News Story…

Anacleto DiCicco was taken from his parents by Polk/Marion/Yamhill counties “Child Welfare Agents” in February 2006. Since being seized and placed in foster care, he has had black eyes, stitches on his lip, scrapes on his body, a huge bump on his forehead and more-injuries he never sustained while living with his parents. Children Anacleto’s age have died while in “protective custody” of the DHS/CPS system. We don’t want to risk losing Anacleto to a system that seems more concerned about Keeping state and federal dollars rolling in at the expense of the children they are supposed to be protecting.

“The DiCicco Act Proposal” is Being Drafted!

Will the judge rubber stamp DHS/CPS’s case against Anacleto’s parents and give this baby a possible death sentence or allow this brutality he has already suffered while in foster care to continue? We’ll all be watching! This one can still be saved and have a chance for a normal life with his loving family.

Anacleto’s uncle Alex has been making serious efforts for more than a year to have him returned to his family. His first course of action was to help Anacleto’s father get back on his feet so he could fully regain custody of his son. We were so close…Too close and DHS agents started playing dirty. They systematically unraveled the support system that had built up around Anacleto’s father leaving him vulnerable to depression and hopelessness. They threatened friends, family members, even neighbors with children of their own that their children could be taken away from them if Anacleto’s father went anywhere near them. DHS destroyed this man’s safety net in the name of protecting children. They seem hell-bent on ripping Anacleto away from his father and loving relatives. DHS workers already have told Anacleto’s father he had lost the fight: the foster family his son is staying with wants to adopt him. At this point, if Alex wants to adopt his nephew, he and his wife will have to jump through hoops held by DHS agents who are angry that he has tried so hard and so long to help his brother get his son back.

Alex is a decorated veteran who has raised two daughters to adulthood. He is a good father and provider, who with his wife is prepared to give Anacleto all the care and nurturing he will need to grow up healthy, strong and well-adjusted in his birth family.

How could it be in Anacleto’s best interest to be adopted by the very foster care providers who allowed him to be physically injured on numerous occasions? A police officer, who investigated the foster home environment(at Alex’s request after he saw Anacleto’s stitches/bruises/black eyes) called it “a battle royal.” It seems this foster family already has its hands full. It’s no wonder Anacleto was hurt under these living conditions. DHS firmly refuses to allow access to Anacleto’s medical records by the family even with powers of attorney.

If Anacleto had been with his natural family and sustained repeated cuts, scrapes, bruises, bumps and stitches like those he has suffered while in Oregon state foster care, he certainly would have been removed from the home for his protection and the caregivers would have been charged with neglect and abuse. However, since these things are happening to him while he’s in the states care, no one is being charged with child abuse or neglect, and he’s not being removed from the home. On the contrary DHS is pushing for him to be adopted by the very family he’s with.

Why the iniquity? Can we ever expect true justice in Oregon’s courts? Not as long as some people are above the law while others seem to have no rights whatsoever.

Child abusers come to your home posing as concerned child protective services workers, who allegedly have the child’s best interest in mind. They often come under the authority of a trumped up “call of concern.” They often single out children at school, without parental authorization or an advocate for the child present, to gather “evidence” for their case against the child’s parents. They often manipulate information and people. The Oregon child welfare system continually has approximately 7,500 children in its care on any given year. Why? you might ask. Because thats how many they need for the federal funding to keep their jobs and programs. Don’t let your child be their next target of opportunity. Learn your rights before it’s too late to save your child!
