THE DOG WHISPERER NOW WANTS TO CONTROL THE AZ AG

ON LETTERHEAD THAT DECLARES HER SLOGAN AS BEING “FOR THE FAMILY”, JACK AND CHARLIE’S ABUSER AS CHILDREN, NATALIE MALONIS, IS TELLING THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL THAT HE RUNS HIS OFFICE THE WAY SHE WANTS HIM TO, OR SHE GETS HER GALPAL CAROLYN TO PICK UP HER MARBLES AND GO HOME.

My first reaction is to hope that Natalie dearest isn’t trying to groom Carolyn’s girls in the same way she tried to groom Teresa Jeff’s Jessop in her bedroom at the shelter. After lying her teeth off about Teresa wanting her “Protection”, this latest little hissy fit makes even less sense given the fact that Caroyn’s “Testimony” in any trial only benefits Carolyn, a team of wild dogs couldn’t keep her off the stand and out of the media spotlight.

In the same pre-menstrual tirade, the Denton dunce opened the door for the FLDS to go marching back into Court and get copies of Carolyn’s testimony before barbies Grand Jury back last summer. Calling Carolyn i nto the Grand Jury in Texas against the FLDS is a lot like me being asked to attend a meeting of the Judicial Review Board to discuss barbies qualifications to sit on the bench. I’m a little surprised that barbie didn’t decide to call the LDS leadership to discuss the FLDS.

Whether the druggie knows it or not, and whether or not she approves, Danny, Sammy and Carolyn are going to be deposed, and personally, I hope she sticks her big nose into the depositions of all 3 of them. She has a known track record for screwing things up, and it would be a perfect time to bring suit against her for her negligence and malpractice in looking after her clients best interest, and using information obtained to defend her former client against the girls family, community and Faith.

Saved from a miserable life with mother, now she smiles once again thanks to Barbara, Merril and Maggie.

  1. Re: Alyssa Bustamante

Bill makes an interesting point that CPS and CASA were probably involved in this girl’s life. That is something that I hadn’t considered. I assumed that Alyssa went from her parents’ care (in California) to her grandmother’s care (in Missouri.) But I’ll bet Bill is right. She may have been in CPS’s custody before she went to live with her grandmother. (God only knows what she may have learned in foster care.)

Personally, I think Alyssa in mentally ill. She appears to be fascinated with cutting herself (and stabbing other people.) I’m sure some people think her fascination with cutting is related her father’s conviction for a stabbing assault. But I suspect that she has borderline personality disorder, which may be caused by abuse.

What is society supposed to do with these children who are so damaged that they are a danger to themselves and to other children?

  2. Two of Warren’s brothers were supposed to be accomplices. One of the brothers convinced Utah investigators that he was in Nevada at the time. This was proabably why Warren was never chargesd with molesting Brent.

  3. Alinusara:

The KS often ask who molested Brent Jeffs. They are totally convinced that Warren Jeffs did.

I’m not so sure. Is there any physical evidence that Brent really was molested? It seems to me that the only evidence the KS have are Brent’s accusations.

Both the AMA and the APA have policies that state that recessed memories should not be assumed to be true. In fact, California passed a law limiting the statue of limitations that an adult can take action against another for childhood sexual abuse to protect innocent people from those claiming to have recessed memories. (Innocent parents were being blackmailed by their adult children
claiming to have recessed memories of childhood sexual abuse.)

Part of the reason why I think “answer them nothing” doesn’t work is because many people assume that if you don’t defend yourself, you must be guilty. I think that if Warren Jeffs had gone to court to defend himself from Brent’s accusations, it is possible that Warren would have won.

  4. I heard about the case of the 15 year old, but have not really followed it. Most of the time, you can read between the lines and figure out what really happened.

I would put money on the fact that CPS and CASA were up to their eyeballs in the girls life, as well as her siblings.

From what it looks like, the parents were dirt bags, but not even that can be determined to a fact since LE was spewing it’s tale.

What exactly did the father do that landed him in prison. “Drugs” can mean anything from a joint to 10 pounds of meth. There’s a slight difference between the two.

Mommy was also a “Druggie”. So rather than spend a little money monitoring her, getting her straight, giving her support, etc, etc, you yank all of her children at probably 10 times the cost?

How old was the girl when she was yanked? Children as a general rule do not like being torn away from their family. How long was she and her siblings in foster care before grandma finally got custody? More importantly, what did she “Learn” in foster care?
    (Obvious question).

The bottom line here is that CPS and CASA declared this girl “Cured” of her problems, and sent her skipping off. As a general rule, 13 year olds don’t try to kill themselves, and when they do, whether it’s for attention or a serious attempt, it raises red flags.

Possibly one day the public will realize that there are consequances
to ripping family’s apart rather than trying to keep them together. CPS and CASA think that the child is completely un-affected by their intervention. The 9 year old and her family found out differently.

If the 9 year old was my daughter, I would want to make sure the 15 year old did not have access to another child again. EVER.

I would also want her social worker, her social workers supervisor, her psychologist, the judge and the hospital Administrator who released her sitting alongside the girl for making her who she became.

The knee jerk reaction of the system however will be to remove the remaining siblings from the grandmother. Now they can all compound the abuse and neglect inflicted upon their sister “In their best interest” of course!

Heh! Every time they bring into question credibility of someone who tries to tear them down the KS folks start bawling about smear tactics.

  6. What the cops would have you believe is that they are sitting on evidence of the men’s guilt, and it will all come out at that time.

That is too stupid to beleive. If they had some dead guys family, or if they had a handfull of jars with little notes in them, or, even better, if they had a kids parents who are now claiming their child “Disappeared” for a few years while being molested by these men, THEN you can bet your bottom dollar they would have paraded the evidence in front of the media so that they could beat their chest’s.

A few years back, this same exact Sheriff got slammed in the media for waving goodbye to two suspects in a murder case while he waited for a seach warrent to get into their house.

Today, he’s a little gun shy and arrest’s first and ask’s questions later.

I would trade places with anyone of those men accussed in this case. They are going to be multi millionare’s over this, I would bet anybody who wants to, $1,000.00 on that fact.

  7. It was stated in the newspaper Darrell Mohler had lived in Florida since 1984. Well before the time these crimes supposedly happened.
I doubt he traveled to MO. to participate.
I agree with “Cupcake.” They are holding these men because they have been accused of a crime. No proof that I have seen as yet.

    7. MV on December 1st, 2009 at 10:53 am
  8. I am troubled by the fact that all the Mohler men remain in jail while LE are investigating the alleged victims’ claims.

I am disturbed by the fact that Darrell Mohler, the man from Florida, is in jail. It seems like that only evidence that LE has against him is the alleged victims’ statements. Darrell Mohler is 72 years old, a veteran of our armed forces and has lived in Florida for many years. He says he was not close to Burrell Mohler Sr. or his nephews.

Darrell Mohler’s health could be compromised in jail. I think the authorities in Florida should release him until LE have more concrete evidence that he was involved in the alleged crimes.

    8. Cupcake on November 30th, 2009 at 11:29 pm
  9. Amazing the Mohlers had the foresight to anticipate LE would be using metal detectors to search for buried bodies at some point in the future AND that the children who participated in the murders would completely forget where the victims were buried.
Sounds like the “victims” are making after the fact revisions to their stories to explain the minor issue of “no evidence” and LE is completely retarded for swallowing it.

Radar and/or sonar imaging doesn’t depend on metal. Maybe they should try that.

    9. duaneh on November 30th, 2009 at 10:47 pm
  10. Getting back to the Mohler case. I read in the Kansas City Star several days ago that LE was looking for jewelry that the alleged victim claimed the Mohlers had removed from a murder victim’s body. The alleged victim said the Mohlers took the jewelry off the murder victim so that LE wouldn’t be able to locate the body using metal detectors.

The Mohler case seems to be based upon Burrell Mohler Jr’s ex-wife’s suspicions that her children were being sexually abused by her in-laws.

Here’s my question? Why didn’t Jr’s wife call the police back in the 80’s? If I thought my children were being sexually abused, I wouldn’t go to my bishop. I would call the police immediately.

Waiting twenty years to report it to the police will be hard to prove or disprove whether the sexual abuse occurred.

  11. Bill,

I would like to discuss the Alyssa Bustamante/Elizabeth Olten case with you. Alyssa Bustamante was the 15 year old girl who murdered her 9 year old neighbor last month.

I’ve been following the story. I know that Alyssa was being raised by her grandparents because her father is in prison for a stabbing assault. Alyssa’s mother is a drug addict. Therefore, the court awarded custody of Alyssa and her siblings to her grandparents in 2002.

I also know that Alyssa attempted suicide when she was 13 years old. She was sent to both residential treatment and outpatient treatment.

Incidentally, I know that Alyssa and her grandparents attended the LDS church is Missouri.

I would like to know your opinion about what to do with children who have psychiatric problems that make themselves dangerous to themselves and others. What could our society have done to prevent Alyssa from killing her 9 year old neighbor? How should our society handle violent juvenile offenders? Should CPS or CASA been involved in Alyssa’s case?

  12. Gee, Bill now you comment right inside of my comment post. Don’t you just want to add a couple of comments that designed to look like my posts?

“Comments that designed”? Gee Jam it in, you sure don’t need any grammar lessons now do you!

Nobody needs to make you look like an asshole pal, you do a right smart job all by yourself.

  13. Jam Inn-
If the Savior had said anything they would only have used it against Him. He had already given them teachings and they rejected Him. When He did speak, it was to Pontius Pilot who wanted to know the truth. Now, Pilot had not been taught, which is why the Savior did speak to him, and taught him the truth. As for Pin’s misspelling, no one is perfect. Maybe you should focus your attention on the important things in life, instead of tearing people down.

  14. Cupcake, Jesus wouldn’t defend himself before the Sanhedrin, he answered them nothing. Bill this letter is to Matt smith who is the Mojave County Attorney and not the Arizona Attorney General. Pins ‘truely’ is spelled truly.

    Jam it in,

So what you are saying is that the State of Arizona is leaving the prosecution of Warren Jeff’s to a silly little County Attorney? I knew you were gullible, but not moronically stupid!

  15. Pins,

There are times when you must stand up for yourself. Otherwise, your enemies will trample all over you.

  16. Tell them one good reason to step out in defend themselves……when they have ppl like Barbie, Carolyn, Becky, oh Danny!!!to pick them apart their testimonies and believeths apart, telling the world they’re brainwashed and told how to lie etc on interviews, by Willie or other ppl!
Sorry! NOT going to happen till there’s a real court of law giving the law how law TRUELY is!
And not like a bunch mobs like in Joseph Smith’s time

  17. I agree that it was wrong for Natalie Malonis to use information she obtained as Teresa Jeffs’ attorney against Teresa’s family. I hope Teresa complains to the Bar Association about it.

The FLDS policy, “Answer them nothing,” isn’t working. Sooner or later, the FLDS are going to have stand up for themselves. Teresa’s complaining to the Bar Association would be a good way to start.

  19. Sounds like she wants out now that she faces the possibility of having to actually be questioned before a real judge who won’t believe what she says just because she says it. She was all for being involved so long as she got to air other peoples’ dirty laundry, but like all abusive cowards, runs away when she realizes that it’s a 2-way street.

    19. Riki on November 29th, 2009 at 10:47 pm
  20. Some think that Jeff’s lawyer is going too far. I would agree except that Carolyn brought up the subject of her tax returns. I would agreee that she can quit as a witness. But her actions and thise of her ditzy lawyer make me wonder what is she hiding.
