HEY KIDS, WHAT TIME IS IT? IT’S BABY SELLING TIME!

Last years BONUS from the Federal Government for selling more babies in 2008 than the State did in 2007 was almost six million dollars. This was over and above the normal money paid to sell the slaves, and was just an incentive to sell more in 2009.

With Christmas just around the corner, it’s now high season for selling the babies, people get a little soppy around the Holidays, and some even get a little religion. In response, Texas has ramped up it’s selling pitch.

This is what they offer, but it’s not what’s available:

Texas kids still waiting for homes, officials say

Dozens of Central Texas children and 6,000 children statewide are still waiting.

“These children and teenagers desperately need the love and stability that only an adoptive family can give,” Audrey Deckinga, DFPS assistant commissioner for Child Protective Services, said. “More than half these children are 10 years of age or older – but no matter their age, children never outgrow the need for parents.”

Now those are the ads, but that’s not what’s available. It’s the old bait and switch routine.

Had they succeeded in their little skam last year, they would have had a bumper crop of blond headed, blue eyed little angels, but unlike the parents of the available stock, the parents of the Ranch refused to buckle under and give their children up to the slave markets.

If you’re considering adopting or even foster parenting, I strongly suggest you kick the tires and check the oil first. Ask CPS and CASA for the children’s records; Medical, educational, and most important, Legal. If they are not willing to share these FULL records with you on “Confidentiality” grounds, then buy your child someplace else.

As the kidnapping of the children of the Ranch clearly demonstrated, just because some salesperson from CPS and/or CaASA tell’s you a child was abused, neglected, or abandoned, means nothing. Ask the child about it, and ask the child if they want to go back home or to a relatives.

Become an informed consumer.
