I can not stand the stupid DHHR CPS workers of Marshall County and one low life judge in moundsville and some stupid Lawers in Moundsville that are taking Children from good home and not doing their jobs right. Their motto is to keep family together but that is a crack of bull shit.They never contacted my stepDaughter birth mom or her family or my husband family eighter to see if they would be willig to take her for a while .My sister said she would take her but when it came down to it the bitch CPS worker told her no be cause it would be to much paper work and that was a lie. We were aquzed of stuff but we was not arested and I was at parrenting classes in moundsville with my husband and the worker for parrenting class took me down for questioning about abusing my stepdaughter and I went because I had nothing to hide and the nice officier ask me if I knew I was here and I sad yes and he ask questions and then he let me go.I called him back up and ask him question with a family member on the phone and he said if Ifelt that you was quilty of the aligation he would have arested me then.
    good luck fight the state because they are lyer and cooked people that works for the DHHR place and they claime they to protect the children but most of them do not and they also say that they want familys to stay together and it is pretty bad when a CPS worker drags you in another child abuse case when you had nothing to do with that case and remind you that it was the same caseworker that remove my stepdaughter from us and then when my cousin and tryed to report two children from getting hit it was shove to the side and she let all three of them goe back to the state where they was from and my cousin called the police in ever stop the greyhound bus made but the children told them that they was not hit and my cousin even called the people from DHHR and they went to thier home and the person said the children was find and that was the end of the story but my little princess is with a knew family 3years and 1 - 1/2month and we had no say in it but what happen to americian fredom for people I believe God is more powerful that these morrons and please never give up because there is hope just believe.sincerly Crystal E-MAIL me at lost_without_you200020032005@yahoo.com
