As most folks know, you can’t sue CPS or CASA because they have State Immunity, right?
NOT!
As the GATES decision clearly showed, CPS and CASA are EVEN MORE susceptible now to personal lawsuits than ever BEFORE GATES.
As a matter of fact, Texas CPS and CASA workers have been sued so often, that the State takes payroll deductions out of their salaries to buy Malpractice Insurance. If they lie, cheat and steal your child, (Which is the only way they operate), you can sue them for millions, and the insurance companies pay the bills.
Trying to get an Attorney to take a case is almost impossible without money up front. However, when they know that there’s insurance $$$ involved, they’ll beat your door down to represent you, and they’ll do it on contingency.
This came in the mornings mail:
The children in NJ were awarded MILLIONS MORE DUE TO A CALL I MADE TO THE ATTORNEYS, attesting to the fact that often CASEWORK SUPERVISORS ARE MSW’S AND OFTEN HOLD PRIVATE INSURANCE FOR THEIR ERRORS AND OMISSIONS.
This folks is INSURANCE WHICH TRUE MSW’S HAVE OR SHOULD HAVE IN ORDER TO PRACTICE THEIR OCCUPATION.
One of my major interests is getting folks to sue based on MALPRACTICE INSURANCE OR WHAT IS TERMED ERRORS AND OMISSIONS INSURANCE.
Note that CASEWORKERS IN TEXAS ALSO ALL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE THIS INSURANCE, BASED ON PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS.
So, readers of fightcps, there is some recompense available to you. Please, parents, investigate this with your attorney.
One of the fastest ways to get someone like Angie to do her job the right way or take a job flipping burgers, is to make her Insurance cost so much, the job isn’t worth it anymore.
Insurance companies HATE to pay out any money, and like the Catholic Church, if they have too much loss, they’ll stop insuring these dreck.
So the next time some arm chair lawyer tells you that the State cannot be sued, ask him why they buy insurance against it?Not only can Texas be sued, they boast of a 12 BILLION dollar surplus, so the pockets the lawyers will pick run extremely deep!
