ON THE ROAD AGAIN, IS IT GONNA RAIN IN ELDORADO?

The thought of raining all over barbie’s parade keeps the automatic throttle pegged on 76MPH. Here I am smack dab in the heart of the Bible Belt, and I’m the slowest car on I-10. Is the speed limit 90, or are these folks rushing to Church?

I got off to an extremely late start yesterday, and have 26 hours to accomplish 20 hours of drive time. I had originally planned to get into Texarkana tonight and attend Services at the Ministry, but those plans have gone out the window. The good news is that at least the Church roof won’t fall in now.

There is going to be live broadcasts of the Rally at the Courthouse on Monday and Tuesday, and I welcome all to tune in. We will post the links to the internet broadcasts here.

I also plan to be a guest on the radio once I stop for the night. The Link is:

http://www.blogtalkradio.com/AbuseFreedomLive

The show starts at 8:00 (Eastern time) and will cover CPS and CASA abuse across the Country. It will not specifically be about the FLDS or Tony Alamo, but since gross abuse occurred in both instances, you can expect a word or two from me.

This will be the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time I have been on the radio in my life. I do not like the sound of my voice on tape, it just doesn’t sound the same to me as it does to other people. For one thing, I’m almost instantly asked; “What part of the Country are you from? The answer is Long Island, NY with a very noticeable hint of New England. The one good thing about it is that it really annoys Texan’s because they have this nutty idea that people from New England all think that a Texas drawl is a sure sign of ignorance  (No comment).

Depending upon how well Voir dire is going, I may well find myself in barbieland to see if I can’t send some vibes Mankins way. If that fails, I can always have the local rib joint send him barrels of ribs and beer and we can all watch him gain a few hundred more pounds. nI wonder if he uses napkins, or just his arms to wipe his mouth?

Anyhow, I’m back on the road. You may want to check out Brooke’s blog, she has instituted new rules that no longer allows one faction or the other to Bogart her comments, so it is worth a new look.

  1. As regards the “Boy”,

    If it’s some kind of attempt at entrapment, it’s a very stupid way to go about it;

Just ask me if I would hide a slave from CPS or CASA, if I would not tell LE I was protecting and sheltering that slave, and if I would try to get that slave back to his or her family. You bet your sweet ass I would!

I don’t believe in selling and abusing children.

  2. kbp: “Among other questions, [Defense attorney Mark] Stevens asked if anyone was uncomfortable with the penalty for the crimes in question: two to 20 years in prison and/or a fine not to exceed $10,000. Thirty-seven people said they were.”

Brooke heard it differently (though she said she was paraphrasing):

Who would not be willing to consider a sentence of two years probation if the defendant is found guilty of sexually assaulting a child? 37

Does anyone feel a penalty of 20 years is too severe for the crime of sexual assault of a child? 0

    Stay safe.

Yep, this doesn’t sound like a kid inside the system. Just some triple AP BS, probably. Something to do while sitting outside the courtroom, smoking furiously.

  4. I read Flora’s book recently. She gave graphic details of her father molesting her. She said the rape happened when she was 12 years old and on the 4th of July. She also wrote about her drug problem and being a topless dancer.

I read a similar account about 18 years ago from one of my childhood friends. As a young adult, my friend became addicted to alcohol, heroin and sex. When my friend got caught cheating on her husband (again) and attempted suicide, she ended up in a psych ward.

My friend’s husband took her back, but her mother threatened to take her to court for custody of her little girl. Then my friend then began telling everyone that she had been repeatedly raped by her stepfather as a child.

My said her therapist told her to write about her “flashbacks” about being molested. She sent parts of a “book” she was writing to me. My friend wrote that she had been raped by her stepfather at the age of 12 on a holiday.

Our friendship ended when I told her I did not want to read about her therapy or be involved in her dispute with her parents.

Some therapists teach alcoholics and drug addicts look for reasons to explain why they re so f*cked up. Writing “books” is part of their therapy.

  6. I said the same thing to myself about the boys post.

If me suggesting he talk to a reporter or have contact with a lawyer will get me entrapped, so be it.

The fact is, if a parent of child knocked on my door and asked for sanctuary from CPS and CASA or if they had run away from foster care, they would be taken in in a heartbeat.

  7. That could go either way, kbp. Those who are uncomfortable with that penalty might want it to be harsher.

  10. Two things:

Can anybody guess the name of the Private Investigator, who’s son was recently arrested for animal cruelty?

Hint: It was the same dude who claimed he had evidence the FLDS were into bestiality.

Now I wonder where sonny got his training from?

    Secondly:

I’m about to drop a news bomb all over the Tony Alamo story, not that MSM will cover it, but maybe it WILL wake up a sleeping Federal Judge.

  11. This came in to another older piece, but I wanted to post it here as well.

I will make contact with the boy and see if we can’t hook him up with either a reporter or lawyer in the Houston area.

Naturally, if CPS gets their hands back on this boy, they will drug him into submission and probably put him into a secure facility. Keep a low profile my little friend until we can be assured you are safe.

I am 16 years old i myself ran away from cps in houston texas, they are a downright dirty organization they took me away from my family and tried to heavily medicate me so i could not run or even speak for myself in court i will be happy if anyone can get the news interested in this i do not blame these kids for running i blame cps for there injurys and deaths cps is crooked and only care about these childrens lives are money

  14. What we need are pictures of Flora in Vegas pole dancing and giving people, men and women, lap dances.

While Flora is pimping herself in Eldorado, who’s taking care of HER children?

    14. Bill on October 26th, 2009 at 3:13 pm
  15. Like all attention whores throughout history, Flora has to keep making wild, bizarre accusations & statements to keep the cameras on her. Her involvement has nothing to do with “concern” for abused children, but is all about keeping the attention on herself.

    15. Riki on October 26th, 2009 at 3:05 pm
  16. Hey that’s right neighborly of you cousin,

I had no idea that Eldorado had so many donut shops. Man, I never seen so many shifty looking cops in my life.

When they go home at night, do they beat their wives and kids for kicks, or do they have to do something wrong first?

Johnnie is a big boy, but who could have guessed that Philip was that fat and bald? Man, that boy could almost give randy a run for his money in the belly department! Does he wear a girdle like Davey?

In Salt Lake, I had all the goons smiling at me in my shorts and tee shirt. Do you think the goons here will like my rattlesnake skin boots and Mack truck belt buckle?

Can’t you get these assholes to open up a real coffee shop? The cops might not mind dunkin their donuts in instant coffee, but civilized folks have a much higher standard of living and a whole lot more pride than y’all.

Stay dry, and smile for the 300 mm lens.

Sue her until she bleeds, and Carolyn and Becky just might reconsider their fairy tales.

  19. “What I don’t understand is why CBS news is permitting Flora Jessop to cover the trial.”

    The same reason Greta, of On The Record, had the transvestite cousin of the gal that made the false rape claims, in the Duke Lacrosse case, on the air with her a couple times;

People love the unbelievable nonfacts that stir emotions and it helps the ratings…

No need for reporting facts in this age of reality TV!

(I have not read that Flora will be at CBS, but do not doubt it)

  21. Brooke’s blog is the fastest route for news, her twitter updates are pretty regular.

Security has been beefed up substantially, they have even installed a completely new lighting arrangement for the Courthouse. I guess barbie is planning another 18 hour session to wear down the lawyers.

    21. Bill on October 26th, 2009 at 11:55 am
  22. If the Jury selection only takes two days, it will be because barbie rams them through by admitting the jurers that the AG approves of and dismissing anyone that the FLDS approves of.

I know that the myth out there is that the lawyers decide who to seat and who not to seat, but that is pure mental masturbatory propaganda for the public.

If barbie doesn’t like a juror, he’s toast.

What I’m trying to figure out is where they are going to find 14 people in that county who have not formed an opinion, one way or the other. Is there a mental institution barbie is tapping into to bus these folks in? Did they just spend the last 5 years in a cave in Tibet?

Still, it’s going to be interesting to find out how barbie prosecutes Raymond retro-actively for a crime Hilderbrand didn’t invent yet.

Standing under huge old oak tree’s is not the smartest thing to do, but this little podunk isn’t known for it’s bright townsfolk.

Does anybody know if the internet has any live coverage of the hanging? The local rags are already making the noose and kicking the horse out from under Raymond and I want some real news going out to y’all.

  25. After the trials are over, I do not want to read or hear anything about sex with children ever again. It is disgusting. The anti-polygamy crowd is obsessed with sex with children. They are perverts. That’s why they are always talking, reading and writing about sex with children. Yuck!

  31. And by the way, since Hilderbrand SPECIFICALLY targeted the new law to a SPECIFIC group of people, (The FLDS), it’s un-constitutional, and this will be the very first case that challenges that Law as such.

    31. Bill on October 25th, 2009 at 11:04 pm
  32. Dr. Barlow is lucky that his case was transferred to another court. At least he’s away from Judge Walther.

To be honest, the only one of the FLDS men I’m concerned about is Keith Dutson Jr. because of his age. He was only 20 years old when he spiritually married his sixteen year old wife. Keith only had one wife. His wife is over 18 now, and they have a child together. His case clearly was not a case involving a young girl being taken advantage of by a much older man.

Keith could have legally married his wife if he had gone to court, obtained a judge’s permission to marry her and a marriage license. The way I see it, his case is more about not following the proper protocol than sexual assault of a child.

    32. Cupcake on October 25th, 2009 at 11:01 pm
  33. That would be a neat trick, the marriage was in 2003, and they didn’t even own the ranch yet.

Not only that, but when the baby was born, the good old boys still had access to their 14 year olds. The new law when into effect 9/1/05

Now of course barbie can throw him in jail for breaking a future law, but I don’t think the Appeals Court will buy that. Do you?

    33. Bill on October 25th, 2009 at 11:00 pm
  34. Barbie lost interest once she learned that the Medical Board wasn’t going to get involved and censor him in any way.

What she wants to do is to send Raymond to prison for raping a girl who wasn’t even in Texas yet. Establishing jurisdiction is impossible, and on Appeal, it will be laughed out of the Courthouse faster than her decision to kidnap the children and sell them to the Baptists.

    34. Bill on October 25th, 2009 at 9:13 pm

  38. The paid shills are not reading Brooke’s blog or the SLT today. They are posting comments at CBS news re an interview with Flora. Their screen names are only slightly different than the ones they use at the SLT or TexasFLDS.

It is too bad that people don’t know the truth about Flora. I’ve been reading her book. I wouldn’t let that woman near my children with a ten foot pole, and I am not FLDS. I am just picky about the type of people I permit around my childen.

  39. One complained that she didn’t have enough readers to warrant just one comment.

She did before they took over it. She use to have 200,300 and 400 comments per story. Now, she gets 20, all from the same five people.

I think it will work, and besides, TBM isn’t going to change me into a Mormon basher anytime soon, and I’m not going to turn him into a human being.

  46. “The Lord giveth, but DHS takes away.” Statement allegedly made by Arkansas DHS employee after the mass removal of children from parents who belong to the Tony Alamo Christian Ministries Church.

Since you are going to be in the area I thought I would share that.

Over in Texas I don’t envy the prosecution. Texans are mighty suspicious of “big brother” government and like dummys the prosecution team didn’t ask for a change in venue.

    46. Alinusara10 on October 25th, 2009 at 5:43 pm
  47. I think you are probably correct, I-10 does not go through Texarkana.

However, if you are going west from I-75 in Florida to Louisiana and then take a hard right to Texarkana, it works just a little better than I-20 which also never touches Texarkana.

The only cool thing in Texas I want to see is barbie, randy, natalie, johnnie, brooke’s, philip, david, flora, carolyn and becky on the witness stand lying their asses off ON THE RECORD.

The problem with so many folks making up an excuse to get on the Ranch and persecute the Mormon’s is in keeping every single one of their stories in PERFECT harmony with each other.

I have no doubt in the world that it will all fly over barbie’s head like george’s studies at Yale, but the trial isn’t about barbie, it’s about the Appeal.
