WITH THE FEDS READY TO POUNCE ON DENISE, SHIRTLEFF HEDGES HIS BETS AND TURNS ON WISAN

As the haters and bigots wring their hands in glee over the prospect of the Judge in the U.E.P. case slamming down the gavel on Berry Knoll, the politically astute (And running for Governor) Mark Shirtleff knows what the FLDS also knows;

If Denise nullifies the stand-down or gives Wisan the green light to sell Berry Knoll, there’s the little matter of the Federal Court standing in the wings. For that reason, we have Mark saying things like this to the media:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIjBI3PRzkM

The Feds take a dim view of religiously based litmus tests, and the Bigot in Chief has been making his little “War” against the FLDS quite public in his words and written deeds. Mark knows this, and the Arizona AG doesn’t really care since it’s not his problem.

What IS a problem is the matter of the milk money deal made with Wisan, and Wisan’s selling off the assets while still trying double dip and collect rent from the FLDS (But not the non-FLDS) “Rentors”.

So, what can we expect Denice to do?

The only thing she really can do without the Federal Court pouncing on her Decision; throw Wisan his bone to take home and gnaw on and give the bulk of the U.E.P. back to its owners, the FLDS by accepting the Agreement made between Shirtleff and the Faithful FLDS.

The apostates will scream “Betrayal”, but as long as Wisan has his, what’s it to him? After all, he made millions bleeding the Trust and stealing the assets of the FLDS children, while doing absolutely nothing to protect and preserve it. The fox will have left the henhouse.

From an outsiders prospective, the governments original  takeover of the U.E.P. had nothing whatsoever to do with preserving and protecting it, but rather, as a means to shut off the financial viability and social network of the FLDS people. The State knew it couldn’t pull another raid, they had their asses handed to them for 1953. Instead, going after their leadership with charges of a rape that wasn’t, and cutting off the head of the snake, the rest would scatter and disband. Surprise! The FLDS people not only didn’t die, they grew in numbers and prospered despite all efforts to the contrary. The FLDS not only persevered, they have won.

What the smart politicians are coming to realize, is that polygamy in the very near future will be as acceptable to the American public as same sex marriage. Some may find that revolting, but they’ll just have to accept it just as they had to accept emancipation and a womens right to vote.

I don’t think that’s going to mean that millions of men are going to go rushing to City Hall with a dozen happy girls in tow, most men will just continue having babies with a dozen women and skip the part about taking care of the children or their mothers as they’ve always done. It takes a very special kind of man to do what a Merril Jessop or a Winston Blackmore does, and most men aren’t capable of even understanding the responsibility involved let alone having the disipline and devotion necessary to make it work for everyone’s well being.

Hopefully, the pain and suffering intentionally inflicted upon the children and parents of the Ranch will result in a meaningful change in the way CPS and CASA does its grissly business. Hopefully, people have been awoken to the daily terror and emotional trauma done to innocent families in the name of the best interest of the children. It cannot be in any childs “Best interest” to do what Texas did to its FLDS children last year. Thankfully we had enough people who were alerted to the horror scene that would have developed if CPS and CASA were given the green light to destroy family’s at will through SB 1440, and they let their voices be heard in Austin very loud and clear; There will be no more attacks on the Ranch, CPS and CASA will not be given Carte Blanche to run roughshod at will.

Their own agency has told them that pulling a child from his home can, AND WILL, result in their being held personally responsible for it. Maybe, just maybe, Pablo will be the last foster child killed by CPS and CASA. I hope and pray that’s what happens, but I also know the enemy and they are ruthlessly vengeful.Speaking for myself and for the members of our team of dedicated protectors of the Constitution, bring it on, we don’t fear the baby sellers or their goon squads.

  1. It’s never difficult to spot a Critter, with or without a signature.

When I’m ready to get down in their gutter with certain people and hammer them down with the Kings English, one of the Critters makes a post to show me another way of dealing with the scum. It’s not my way of dealing with the garbage, but I do admit it does work as well.

Anyhow, some SOB destroyed my hard drive and it’s going to take me a day or so to get everything back up and running. I keep an automatic back-up to everything, but it’s so large, and has so many hard drives that it monitors, that I have to down-load each program separately after it’s combed.

Obviously, the bigots and the haters want to shut us down, but that is a foolish wish.

  2. It’s not that Shurtleff is actually showing some responsibility for the problem he is entangled in–he is an old pro at political speaking and is doing what he does best. The actual wording of the video clip makes the occupying newcomers and the original faithful dwellers on church property seem to be at war and uncontrollable and he seems to be an innocent bystander ready to give some expert advice. It is true the two groups are non-miscible. They stand for totally different things. The same treatment was afforded the founders of Nauvoo.

He who would conquer his own heart and soul will always have a new frontier. Those who seek to conquer others may find they are losing ground…no pun intended.

  3. Believe it or not, Flora actually does serve a useful purpose to society:

Certain folks need pole dancers and street workers, and when it comes to Texas LE and CPS, they need an excuse to persecute Mormons.

That nitwit Doran walked all over the Ranch with cadaver dogs looking for the boy babies Flora assured him were buried there. Now he has to sit on the stand and explain why he believed a liar and a con artist.

Hanna needs to explain to the Jury why he believed there was a crematorium in the Temple.

I don’t believe for a moment that anyone of them believed the booksellers, but it did give them the cover Hilderbrand bragged they would get to get their feet onto the Ranch and search for a problem, any problem. Nevertheless, they can’t admit that, so they have to sit there and claim they were mindless idiots for listening to the likes of Flora.

What Texas is now petrified of is getting caught presenting perjury to the Jury. During the Suppression Hearing, Texas was shocked to find out that there were pictures and video of Voss going through diaries and paperwork before barbie allowed it to happen. She was caught looking for “Sarah” in picture albums and childrens diaries. Just how big did she assume “Sarah” was?

Texas was shocked when pictures of the tank and snipers were made public. Now, they find out there’s a bag full of digital camera chips waiting to impeach their claims before the Jury.

Flora and Carolyn have proven the damage and harm they can bring to the FLDS children. There are stupid people everywhere, especially in Texas, and to NOT answer them by slapping them with a lawsuit would be to invite more grief to the children. Once the FLDS blows the charges against the adults out of the Court’s, Flora and Carolyn and all the rest of them need to be driven back into the snake holes they crawled out of.

  4. I really think it is time for suit to be brought against Flora. Her accusations in San Antonio are enough to start.
This woman has been proven time and time again to be a liar, she is a media W***e. I cannot imagine how people believe her stories when the proof is there,THERE WAS NO ABUSE OF THE CHILDREN, NO BROKEN BONES, NO BRUISES,
Are any of the FLDS attending her little gatherings to confront her lies?

  5. Dear Flora also told an audience in San Antonio that the foster care placements were bribed in order to let the children go & that the children were covered in bruises & broken bones. Naturally, she did not name any names. Of course this is all false; CPS’ own records verify that none of the children suffered physical abuse & the children were released from foster care because 2 appellate courts said there was no evidence of abuse justifying their removal from their parents. Expect her to make more outrageous allegations in the future in order to keep the money rolling in & the attention on herself.

  6. That’s being taken care of in Betty’s book.

It’s my view that there are too many books out there. What we really need is a good old fashioned lawsuit for libel and slander and some big money Judgements against the publishers. When there’s no money to made off the BS and it starts costing THEM money, you’ll see them verifying facts before they go to print with the sexual fantasies of a few losers.

Flora is in Texas telling every gullible moron that will listen to her that the Ranch is getting welfare checks illegally from Utah. Utah denies it. It’s time to slap the bitch with a lawsuit and prove she’s the lier she’s always been.

Making money off the misery of children may be acceptable to the fans of these cockroaches, but it’s way past time they suffered the consequences for their failure at a decent, honest life.

  7. //It’s tough to take them seriously when Flora and Dan made jackasses out of all of them.//

Don’t forget Dr. Larry Bill, who seems to have hypnotized them all, including Carolyn and her kids.

  8. I’m sure Rod Parker has taken note of Brent’s “Observations”, but thanks for bringing this up.

I’m sorry, but every time I read of the “Lost boys”, I conjure up visions of Tinkerbell (Flora?) flying around with Peter Pan (Dan?) in green tights.

I guess the “Lost boys” are running around Salt Lake somewhere in loincloths and feathers?

It’s tough to take them seriously when Flora and Dan made jackasses out of all of them.

  9. The AG is probably afraid that his behind the scenes deal with Dan Fischer will be exposed. Read page 218 of “Lost Boy” where Brent says that he and the others were talked out of the million dollar settlements they were previously told to expect so that “we could ask the Utah attorney general to have a judge appoint a new trustee [i.e., Wisan],” after which they would be protecting the trust from themselves. As Brent says, “…if we took this path, we’d be fighting to protect the trust from ourselves!” That’s Brent’s exclamation mark, as he was naturally excited by the prospect of getting control of the whole 100 million dollar tamale. Of course Brent and the other lost boys that Fischer recruited and had hypnotized by Dr. Bill were just being used. They were patsies; Fischer was the only one in control.

  10. It will come as no surprise to the State of Texas to say that if Bill Medvecky was in charge of the FLDS, he would have had every crack
“Sue em all Jones’s” Attorney’s from around the Country working on contingency for every man, women and child on the Ranch and all their relatives who were emotionally damaged by the raid, up and running on or about May 1, 2008.

In fairness, the Ranch has been fighting the Government from every quadrant, and despite what most folks assume, they are not individually wealthy. Each man did not come up with the bail money
they had to pay, the money came collectively from thousands of people. The same is true for their legal costs to defend the Trust and to defend and operate their various communities and enterprises.

On more than a few occasions for example, parents were stranded all over Texas trying to see their children because they ran out of gas money, or they slept in their vehicles because there was no money for a motel room.

In the beginning, the logistics of the crisis was overwhelming, but parent by parent, they received the assistance necessary to see the children, and eventually to house the children away from the Ranch in well above standard housing, paid for collectively and through the donations they received from good, honest people like our readers and the readers of our fellow bloggers.

I’m told to “Be patient” by the Ranch with regards to the Lawsuit’s, and my answer back is to remind them that there are time limits to these things. Pamela, lois and louis gave birth to their babies in barbaric conditions. Forget the emotional atrocity visited upon them during the birth process, let’s not forget that in Loisa’s case, she was sitting in a chair in an office just twelve hours after giving birth with her baby for 12 hours until CPS finally found a space for her and her baby on the floor of a foster home. This, so that they could keep total control of the baby. We’re not talking about people here, we’re talking about animals when it comes to CPS and CASA.

Lawyers around the Country are drooling over the though of getting a phone call to sue the State of Texas for these people, I just hope and pray they do it before the Legal doors close and CPS and CASA is left to repeat their inhumanity over and over again on other children. Gates has them worried, YFZ should have them terrified from the Governor on down.

When will Pamela Jessop sue the state of Texas for her falsely incarcerated birth ordeal?
